Construction manager (Supervisor)

Job Description
(What we expect you)		 Calculation of construction fee and inspection of blueprint to architectural plan, management at job site, and construction guidance and meeting to building traders.
Meeting with craftsmen from Canada or U.S.A. at job site.
Skills and experiences
  • A person who has experienced of the site management in the home building company and can be made a working budget book. (The company scale in the former employment is not asked.)
  • Microsoft Word and Excel are indispensable. The English conversation ability is requested.
Working place Head office
Working hours 8:30 to 17:00
Age From age 25 to around 35
Pay Pay/Employment Status: decided according to company policy based upon candidate's experience and skill.
Treatment Social insurance completed. Full commutation allowance is supplied. Pay rise once a year.
Day off: Second Saturday, Sunday, and national holiday
Qualification Requirements
  • Driving license is indispensable. Preferential treatment of personnel with architect license, but the license is not essential.

Plan designer -cum- sales

Job Description
(What we expect you)		 Make a rough plan and room image chart based on the hearing of customer's demand, budget, and life style, etc. which has received consultation by marketing or business operation. According to the experience, takes charge of an overseas inspection with the customer.
Skills and experiences
  • Person who has structural knowledge about 2x4 wood frame construction and has good taste in room layout and externals design.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel are indispensable. The English conversation ability is requested.
Working place Head office or own house (Outsourcing can contract.)
Working hours 8:30 to 17:00 (The outsourcing contract is excluded.)
Age From age 25 to around 35
Pay Pay/Employment Status: decided according to company policy based upon candidate's experience and skill.
Treatment Social insurance completed.
Full commutation allowance is supplied.
Pay rise once a year.
Day off: Fourth Sunday, Wednesday and the day after national holiday (The outsourcing contract is excluded.)
